Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy last 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. All sales of products in our Fashion & Style Category are final and we will not accept any returns.
We have to be notified immediately upon receipt if there are any damages or defects to the items so we can file a claim with a shipping carrier. If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund. Merchandise must be in original factory condition and original box and has to be packaged exactly as the manufacturer packed it. Please note: do not fix or glue little parts without our authorization. We will not accept any item back if it was glued or comes back to us without an original box
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where Deals R Here.com has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer
To return your product, you should e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
